Demolition and civil package: Mudgeeraba, Gold Coast
Velocore secured the demolition and civil works tender for the Mudgeeraba Aquatic Centre upgrade. This Gold Coast project is a South East Queensland example of a removal and civil preparation package within a wider construction project.
The project record shows the tender milestone, signage and secured work area. The photographs do not establish completion of the overall upgrade.
For a similar package, include both the marked removal scope and civil plans, with access arrangements, trade interfaces and the required handover condition.
